Frequently asked questions

Is UWorld enough to pass the NCLEX?

No prep product can promise your result, and we don't compare pass rates: each company counts them its own way. NCSBN publishes the official figures; our article on NCLEX pass rates explains them.

Does UWorld NCLEX-RN have a free trial?

UWorld lists: 7-day free trial with 50 sample questions. ExamReady: Free questions and case study questions to try before you subscribe; a free trial on the monthly plan.

Does UWorld cover the NCLEX-PN?

UWorld sells NCLEX-PN prep separately: 1,500+ NCLEX-PN questions with 30 days of access, rising to 2,000+ with 360 or 730 days; 300+ NGN questions in each; NCLEX-PN Review, 30 days: $129; NCLEX-PN Review, 730 days: $329. ExamReady has an NCLEX-PN question bank in the same app (how to switch between RN and PN).

Can I use UWorld and an app together?

Yes. Some candidates use one resource for content review and practise questions in an app between sessions. If you do, plan both in one schedule so they don't cover the same topic twice in a week; our NCLEX study plan helps you build it.

One condition to know before you pay for both: ExamReady's Money Back Guarantee refunds a failed exam only if, among its other conditions, “NCLEX 2026 Exam Prep was your only paid preparation tool” and “the service was purchased at least 90 days before your scheduled exam date”. Paying for UWorld as well takes that refund off the table.

Is ExamReady part of UWorld?

No. ExamReady is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by UWorld. UWorld is a trademark of its owner.
